To start, take a look at the virtual classes that I have available. I know finding time to attend a class in person can be exceptionally tough as a busy mom, and I developed several video courses with supporting handouts, activities, and links to additional information. I tried to make these as close as an in-person workshop experience as possible. These classes give a lot of the foundation information that I think will help you build a healthier, happier family!
Information is one thing, but actually implementing that knowledge is another. I would love to support you one-on-one in making your best life possible! I’ve developed a few coaching programs that will get you the information that you need along with 3 and 6 month programs of support to help you make small, sustainable changes that will start to transform your health and life.

During this consultation, we’ll review your current “state of the union” and discuss what areas I could provide some support in helping you reach your health, happiness, and family goals.
Once you’ve decided that it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule time together every two weeks. During these sessions, we discuss how things are going, I’ll provide some feedback, supporting materials/additional information, and a couple of homework assignments to get you on the right track. These regular meetings will help keep you accountable for making the positive changes necessary to move you in the right direction and the 3 or 6 month commitment is what will keep you on that path for the long haul.
